Steak Go Where is a guide to the steakhouses worth booking across Southeast Asia and beyond: classic American chophouses, hotel grill rooms, Argentine parrillas, Brazilian churrascarias, Japanese wagyu specialists and good-value steak frites bistros. All-you-can-eat buffets and mass-market chains are left out.
A place makes the guide when steak is the reason people go, it has a strong local reputation, and we can confirm it is open from recent sources. Each brand gets one listing per city, at its flagship, with other branches named in the write-up.
Every listing is checked against the restaurant's own website, menus, booking pages and recent press before it goes live. Price bands are based on a main sirloin or ribeye per person before drinks. Michelin distinctions come from the current guide only, and we only call a place halal-certified when the certificate is confirmed (MUIS in Singapore, JAKIM in Malaysia, MUI or BPJPH in Indonesia).
