CUT by Wolfgang Puck at Marina Bay Sands holds a Michelin star. Gordon Grill at Goodwood Park Hotel has carved steaks from its meat trolley since 1963, and Bedrock Bar & Grill near Somerset MRT is known for its pepper steak. Cinder Steakhouse in Seletar serves 45-day dry-aged British Longhorn, and Les Bouchons has served steak frites on Ann Siang Road since 2002.
Book ahead for hotel steakhouses and weekend dinners. Prices run from casual steak frites under US$25 to fine dining above US$100. Charr'd Steakhouse near Eunos is halal-certified and Picanhas' on Club Street is pork-free. Charr'd and Braseiro, a Joo Chiat Road steak frites bistro, sit outside the four mapped areas and are listed city-wide.
