Charr'd bills itself as Singapore's first halal steakhouse. Eatbook confirms it is halal-certified. It sits on Changi Road between Eunos and Kembangan MRT stations, a casual, modern room that draws families and groups from across the east.
The focus is A5 Kuroge wagyu, air-flown from partner farms in Tokushima, alongside more affordable Australian beef. Eatbook singles out the Butcher's Secret, 200g of Australian grain-fed hanger steak with flaky sea salt, at S$39++. Most à la carte mains come in under S$50++. Sauces cost about S$5++ each and range from chimichurri and lemon butter cream to yakiniku tare and a ghost-pepper mayo. Sharing platters suit bigger tables.
It is one of the strongest halal options for a proper steak dinner, and a useful choice for mixed groups. It closes on Mondays and opens from noon to 10pm on other days. Delivery and pick-up are available islandwide through its online store.
