This area gathers Singapore's steakhouses beyond the centre, from Sentosa's resort grills to colonial buildings in Seletar and Rochester Park. Settings are more relaxed and often green or waterside, which makes them worth the trip for a long dinner. Expect dry-aged beef, bone-in cuts and good wine lists rather than city-centre bustle.
SKIRT at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove cooks on a Josper and binchotan beside the marina, and Bedrock Origin at Oasia Resort Sentosa has a pet-friendly verandah. Cinder Steakhouse, in a restored longhouse at Wheeler's Estate, serves 45-day dry-aged British Longhorn, and Keef The Beef Bungalow finishes USDA Prime in butter under a salamander.
Plan transport, as these venues are spread out, and book ahead for weekends. All four are upscale, at about US$50–100 per person for a main steak. SKIRT, Bedrock Origin and Cinder Steakhouse are not halal.
