Marina Bay, City Hall and the river are Singapore's hotel steakhouse heartland, with American chophouse brands and high-floor grills in landmark buildings. Views, polished service, USDA Prime and wagyu feature widely, and many rooms run busy bars alongside the dining room.
CUT by Wolfgang Puck holds a Michelin star at Marina Bay Sands. Butcher's Block at Raffles Singapore cooks over American hardwood, and 665°F on Andaz Singapore's 38th floor serves a dry-aged T-bone. Wolfgang's Steakhouse dry-ages USDA Prime for 28 days at Robertson Quay, and Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse on Mohamed Sultan Road is built around a wood-grilled bistecca alla Fiorentina.
Book ahead, especially for weekend dinners and window tables. Most listings here are upscale, at US$50–100 per person for a main steak, with CUT in the fine-dining band. Morton's The Steakhouse, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse and Wolfgang's are not halal.
