Wooloomooloo is the Singapore outpost of a Hong Kong steakhouse group with Australian roots. It sits on level 3 of Swissôtel The Stamford, with floor-to-ceiling windows over the city, an Aboriginal dot-painting mural, a 70-seat lounge and a 20-seat semi-private room.
The September 2026 menu lists a 340g Australian grain-fed rib eye at S$86, a 220g grass-fed tenderloin at S$88 and a 340g USDA Prime rib eye at S$99. Higher up are a 340g F1 wagyu striploin (S$109), Kagoshima A4 striploin (S$129) and the Mayura Station chocolate-fed wagyu rib eye (S$160). There is also a 28-day dry-aged wagyu T-bone, a wagyu tomahawk by the kilo and a beef Wellington with foie gras. Pork and ham feature elsewhere on the menu.
The views make it a good pick for dates and visitors; the weekday executive set lunch is the cheaper way in. Smart casual dress applies. Sister restaurants operate in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
