Cinder occupies the upper floor of an unaltered colonial longhouse at Wheeler's Estate in Seletar Aerospace Park, well away from the city. It pairs a steak menu with an encyclopedic wine list of just over 200 labels, and the venue encourages communal, sharing-style dining.
The 2026 menu starts with a 200g Limestone Coast filet mignon (MB 2–3) at S$68 and a 250g Pure Black F1 wagyu rump cap (MB 8+) at S$82. It runs up to a 300g Satsuma A4 wagyu striploin at S$128. Among the dry-aged cuts is an 800g, 45-day dry-aged British Longhorn bone-in striploin (S$178), grass-fed in Norfolk. A 1.5kg USDA Demkota sharing cut tops the list. Sauces include béarnaise and chimichurri, and there are truffle mac and cheese and Belgian fries on the side.
The setting suits a date night or a weekend long lunch. It is closed on Mondays and serves brunch from 9am at weekends. A car is the practical way to get there.
