Uma Garden

Uma Garden is an open-air wood-fire restaurant in Umalas, between Seminyak and Canggu. Tables sit among palms and candles, with flames from the open kitchen lighting the garden after dark.

All the beef is imported from Australia. The regular list runs from striploin and Wagyu skirt to a 300g Black Angus rib eye and a Prime Black Angus tomahawk, while Wagyu striploin and cube-roll rib eye (up to MB8/9) are priced per 100g. A separate 20-day dry-aged section offers Black Angus rib eye, Wagyu striploin and the tomahawk, cut to size. Chateaubriand for two is the classic order, and there is a wine list to match.
