Wolfgang's Steakhouse opened its Bali restaurant on 21 August 2026 inside Parc Valle Petitenget, following the brand's Jakarta branch at ÉLYSÉE SCBD. The room leans fully into its New York identity, with mahogany panelling, patterned tiles, soft lighting and a dedicated cocktail programme.
The beef is USDA Prime, dry-aged for 28 days in temperature- and humidity-controlled rooms. The signature is the Porterhouse, which pairs fillet mignon and New York strip on one bone; it is broiled at very high heat, sliced and brought to the table on a sizzling platter with its own juices. Expect the classic chophouse format of steaks with sides ordered separately.
It suits business dinners and occasions where polished, formal service matters more than island atmosphere. As a new opening, check hours and book ahead. Other Indonesian outposts are Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Jakarta and Wolfgang's Teppan at The Plaza, Jakarta.
