Bedrock Bar & Grill opened in 2008 on Somerset Road and is now part of the Commonwealth Concepts group, which also runs Fat Cow. The ground-floor room at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard pairs a bar with an applewood-fired grill, and it sits right outside Somerset MRT.
The September 2026 menu runs from a 280g Australian grain-fed striploin at S$78 and Argentinian corn-fed ribeye at S$88 to a 280g USDA Prime ribeye at S$98 and the dry-aged version at S$128. The Bedrock pepper steak, a 280g 350-day grain-fed wagyu ribeye with black peppercorn sauce, is the house signature at S$118. For groups there is a long-bone tomahawk at market price and a 1kg double-cut dry-aged porterhouse. Truffle mash and wood-grilled corn are the sides to order.
Good for groups and after-work steak nights. The Monday to Thursday steak frites luncheon and a weekend set lunch are the cheaper options. A sister restaurant, Bedrock Origin, operates on Sentosa.
