Act 5 – The Grill is the steakhouse at Centara Reserve Samui, on the central stretch of Chaweng Beach. Diners can sit in a relaxed outdoor lounge or a more formal indoor room, with 116 seats in total and a 12-seat private dining space.
Meat and seafood are cooked in charcoal KOPA ovens in view of the dining room. The beef list mixes imported premium cuts with Thai wagyu, which the hotel presents as its signature, and Fah Thai magazine highlights the Jack's Creek tenderloin MB2.
