Braza has been Lan Kwai Fong's Brazilian churrascaria since 2015, one floor above its sister Tango in the Grand Progress Building. A tropical mural, wooden fittings and a central bar mixing caipirinhas make it loud and sociable.
Service is rodizio-style: waiters bring giant skewers of meat roasted over hot coals and carve them at the table until you signal stop. Beef comes round alongside other meats and seafood, backed by a salad and hot-sides buffet with feijoada, garlic rice, pickles, cured meats and grilled vegetables. Pace yourself on the buffet so there is room for the grill.
It is built for birthdays, office groups and families rather than a quiet steak dinner. Lunch, dinner and weekend brunch are all fixed-price, with free-flow drinks packages available, and a long daily happy hour runs from 11.30am to 7.30pm. Booking ahead is wise for larger groups.
Hours and prices change, so please check with the restaurant before you go.
