Morton's Hong Kong is the Chicago chain's long-running outpost on the fourth floor of the Sheraton on Nathan Road. The room is classic American steakhouse, with white tablecloths, a separate bar and big windows over Victoria Harbour. It holds a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and scores 4.6 from 350 OpenTable reviews.
Beef is USDA Prime aged 23–28 days. The 16oz whiskey-infused dry-aged rib-eye (HK$888) is the house signature, with centre-cut filet mignon, New York strip and a Chicago-style bone-in rib-eye. Groups can share a 36oz tomahawk or porterhouse. Sides are steakhouse standards; the lobster mac and cheese and hot chocolate cake are the usual orders.
A dependable choice for client dinners and visitors staying in Tsim Sha Tsui, with private dining rooms available. Weekend lunch runs from noon. Morton's has no other Hong Kong branch; its nearest sister restaurant is in Macau.
