Blossom Steakhouse occupies the ground floor of Icon Bali Mall on Sanur's beachfront, with valet parking, ocean views and a polished bar. Private dining rooms make it a regular choice for celebrations and company dinners.
Everything is cooked over charcoal, and the beef list is long. Australian options include Stanbroke dry-aged rib eye and striploin, Black Onyx and Ebony Black Angus, and Tokusen Wagyu in cuts up to a 1kg tomahawk. The 850g 30-day dry-aged bone-in rib eye is the sharing showpiece, while Japanese Kagoshima A5 striploin and Kiwami MB9+ rib eye sit at the top end. Oysters and caviar are on hand for starters.
It is open from lunch, which is useful in an area where many steakhouses are dinner-only. Daily specials include a lunch deal and an oyster buffet from 4pm to 6pm. Last seating is at 9.30pm; book through the website.
