Steaksmith opened at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort in late 2024, beside the main pool. The space was designed by architect Andra Matin with P49 Design and mixes Balinese references with wood, stone, brick and metal.
Steaks are selected from Australian Black Angus and Wagyu and cooked over natural charcoal and wood. The 'Meat The Master' format lets you pick a cut with two sides and two sauces: Stockyard dry-aged ribeye, King River striploin or Opal Wagyu picanha, each at 250g. Smoked pork ribs and desserts round out the menu, and a Wagyu skewer offer runs some evenings.
It is a strong option for resort guests in Nusa Dua who want a proper steak dinner without leaving the enclave, and works for a romantic evening by the pool. Expect to pay around IDR 1 million for a 250g steak with sides, before tax and service. Dinner only; reservations recommended through Chope.
