Tusk Grill & Bar

Tusk Grill & Bar stands beside the main Bingin intersection in Uluwatu and plays as a refined gastropub with an open fire at its core. The menu draws on South African flavours and the room stays lively from lunch through to late dinner.

All beef comes from Australia and is cooked over the open fire. The Stockyard Gold Wagyu sirloin is the main event, with picanha a good second choice, and the Wagyu steak tartare with cured quail yolk and kettle chips is the starter to order. Small and larger plates are built for sharing, and the menu suggests wine pairings for each dish.
