Couz Steak House

Couz Steak House sits on Jalan Ampera Raya in Pasar Minggu, south of Kemang, in a clean, modern room with white panelled walls, marble tables and an open coffee bar. It is aimed at families, friends and business lunches rather than special-occasion dining, and the pace is relaxed enough for a weekday lunch.

Steaks are the core of the menu: bone-in T-bone and porterhouse sliced on boards with gravy, ribeye topped with chimichurri, and a prime rib plate served with Yorkshire pudding, mashed potato and creamed spinach. Brunch dishes and desserts cover the rest of the day.

Useful for South Jakarta residents who want a proper steak without heading into SCBD. Two private rooms seat six and nine, each with a minimum charge (Rp2,000,000++ and Rp3,000,000++ per two hours), and smoking is allowed only inside them. Open daily from 11am to 10pm; bookings through Chope.
