Chambers Grill

Chambers Grill is the steakhouse on the lobby level of Hilton Kuala Lumpur at KL Sentral, paired with the Aviary Bar. It is a long, dark, glamorous room with a wall of wine, and Tatler named it among Malaysia's best steakhouses in 2025 and again in its 2026 guide.

Imported cuts are dry-aged in-house in a cabinet lined with Himalayan salt tiles, then grilled over lava stone or charcoal. The tomahawks lead the menu, in Angus and wagyu versions for sharing and carved at the table; the dry-aged bone-in New York strip and porterhouse are good for two. Truffle beef Wellington, lobster and caviar fill out the luxury end, backed by a long wine list and cocktails from the bar next door.
