Marble 8 sits on level 56 of Menara 3 Petronas, beside the Twin Towers, and is part of Modesto Marini's group alongside Marini's on 57. The room is dark wood and low lighting with floor-to-ceiling windows over the city, and the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur lists it as a selected steakhouse.
Beef comes from an independent Australian supplier, hand-picked by Marini and delivered bone-in. Each cut is dry- or wet-aged in the custom cellar for at least 21 days before grilling. The tenderloin on the bone (RM428, 350g) is the house signature; the wet-aged Black Angus Cajun ribeye (RM288, 350g) is the more accessible choice, and the dry-aged wagyu ribeye and tomahawk are for big occasions. Sauces include béarnaise, chimichurri and a shiraz beef jus; roasted wagyu bone marrow and creamed spinach are the sides to add.
Best for anniversaries, client dinners and visitors who want the skyline with their steak. Smart dress is enforced (no shorts or flip-flops). Lunch runs Friday to Sunday only, and window tables go first, so book ahead.
