Ruth's Chris opened in Singapore in 2012 inside the hotel then called Marina Mandarin, now Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay. It remains the brand's only outlet here, on level 4 of the hotel at Marina Square, a short walk from Esplanade and Promenade MRT stations.
The house signature is USDA Prime beef served on a plate heated to about 260°C with butter, so it keeps sizzling at the table. The menu covers New York strip, ribeye, filet, T-bone and a tomahawk; in 2024 the 6oz filet was S$90 and the 8oz S$100. Classic sides such as creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and onion rings are around S$25, and starters lean towards seafood, including crab cakes and barbecued shrimp.
It suits birthdays, anniversaries and anyone who wants a traditional American steakhouse meal without surprises. Lunch and dinner are served daily. For late 2025 the restaurant ran a S$198 60th-anniversary set built around a truffle-crusted filet.
