ASAP & Co is a Muslim-owned steakhouse at Far East Square, on the Telok Ayer edge of the CBD. Its cooking centres on slow-smoked meats and open-fire grilling, and the dining room has a dark, contemporary look.
The steak list covers different cuts and origins, including dry-aged beef and premium A5 wagyu. Prices go as high as S$448++ for a 750g wagyu ribeye. Eatbook notes that you can still find a satisfying steak to share for under S$100++. The bone marrow (S$28++), served with greens, chimichurri and crostini, is a popular starter. Applewood-grilled broccolini (S$15++) is a lighter side, and smoked Black Angus features too.
It works for group dinners and for Muslim diners looking for a serious steak in the city centre. Book through Chope. Telok Ayer MRT is a few minutes' walk away, and Far East Square has plenty of nearby bars for after dinner.
