Meadesmoore occupies the upper floor of a Boon Tat Street shophouse near Telok Ayer MRT. Led by executive chef Victor Loy, it takes its cue from the grand US and UK steakhouses of the early 1900s. Its focus is lesser-known cuts from small producers, and in 2026 it says it became the first steakhouse in Asia to receive The Beef Advocate certification for provenance and traceability.
Everything is charcoal-grilled. Eatbook lists steaks from S$52++ for a 220g F1 wagyu picanha (MBS 4/5) up to S$280++ for a 1.1kg heritage wagyu tomahawk to share. The producers change month to month, so check the board for the current cuts. The mac and cheese (S$22++) is the side regulars order.
Weekday lunches make it practical for CBD business meals, and the bar and big-format cuts suit group dinners. There is no lunch at weekends. It is run by Eleven Seventeen Capital, the group behind Fat Belly in Bukit Timah.
