Senopati, SCBD and Kuningan form Jakarta's main steak district, with international brands, dry-ageing specialists and lounge-style venues packed into the business district. It is the city's first choice for business dinners and big celebrations, and table-side grilling of dry-aged cuts at more than one venue.
Meatguy Steakhouse in SCBD Park ranked 90th on the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants 2025, and High Table, also in SCBD Park, serves a 21-day aged tomahawk. Bistecca at 18 Parc Place pairs charcoal-grilled dry-aged steak with a martini bar, Ruth's Chris Steak House in Kuningan serves on 500-degree plates, and The Nineteen combines steak, seafood and a lounge.
Book ahead for weekday dinners. High Table is mid-range, about US$25–50 per person for a main steak, and most others are upscale at US$50–100. Halal status is unconfirmed for these listings, so ask the restaurant.
